2-Pin Universal Plug Adapters

Disclaimer: These GS-series of plug adapters are generic brand - not Wonpro brand, not CE certified. They are the most popular alternatives in the market, but certainly are not of the highest quality. Some of their power pins are not exactly at the 90 degree angle. This problem can be fixed by using pliers or other hardware tools. Warning: applying too much force may break the plug pins. Sorry, we can't guarantee their quality, - i.e., Buy them at your own risk!

2-Pin Universal Socket: A 2-pin universal socket is ungrounded. It can take 2-pin plugs from most countries, including all European 2-round-pin plugs, the AU/China 2-flat-pin plugs, and the US/Japan 2-flat-pin plugs. It, however, will not take the UK plug, nor the big South Africa plug.

US/Japan Pins: They are the non-polarized Japanese style power pins - both pins are exactly the same size. The polarized US plug has one pin wider than the other pin.

Small Euro 4.0mm Pins: This is the smaller version of the Euro plug pins, 4.0mm. It can be used in all Europe except UK. It provides a tight connection when plugged into a non-Schuko outlet in Italy, Switzerland, Russia, East Europe, some Middle East, South America. etc. It provides a loose connection when plugged into a recessed Schuko outlet in Germany, France, etc.

Large Euro 4.8mm Pins: This is the bigger version of the Euro plug pins, 4.8mm. It provides a tight connection when plugged into a recessed outlet in Germany, France, and other Schuko countries in the Continental Europe. It is too big to use in non-Schuko countries, such as Italy, Switzerland, etc. It cannot be used in UK either.
